Milton Kislinger, influenced by various art forms since childhood, has become a professional photographer who showcases his phases as an independent dreamer. He specializes in capturing the beauty and rawness of nature and society through his lens, drawing from his knowledge, experiences, and learning.
Being of mixed Spanish and German descent, Milton considers himself fortunate to have had a childhood filled with experiences that his parents provided. His father, an Advertising Creative, and his mother, an Art Curator at the Bellas Artes Museum of Fine Arts in Venezuela, exposed him to the world of art from a young age. After school, Milton would eagerly explore the museum, attending workshops and developing a deep admiration for great artists.
During his visits to the museum, Milton would frequently find himself captivated by the reflections in a beautiful pond within the internal garden. This fascination with reflections became a significant part of his artistic style, which he refers to as "Reflections."
Furthermore, his father and paternal grandfather, who were photographers by profession, instilled in him a passion for photography. Sneaking into their darkroom at home, Milton experienced the enchantment of the development process, surrounded by the red light and the smell of chemicals. This magical experience sparked his lifelong love for photography. As he grew older, Milton pursued studies in architecture, design, and dramatic arts, which further shaped his artistic vision.
His background in architecture provided him with a clear understanding of perfect lines, geometric shapes, and structural figures. This knowledge, combined with his audacity, is reflected in his photographs, creating an imaginative and spacious awareness.
Milton, the artist, is the result of his studies, dedication, and passion. His love for photography shines through in his work, as he seeks to showcase the beauty of the world from his unique perspective.
Through his photographic images, Milton Kislinger invites us to contemplate, appreciate, and admire the greatness of nature and society. His images and stories prompt us to reflect on the beauty that surrounds us, both in the natural world and in humanity.
